As we continue to grow across multiple markets, we are looking for a commercially minded finance skilled who can strengthen our finance function and grow with the organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Finance & Controlling team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on and strategic role that goes beyond traditional accounting and reporting.

The Finance Officer will work closely with senior management and different business functions, providing financial insights, improving processes, driving automation, and supporting key business decisions.

We are particularly looking for someone with strong leadership potential who is interested in being groomed into a future CFO as the organization continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership and different teams on financial planning and business decisions.
- Prepare and analyze P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Provide financial insights to improve profitability and business performance.
- Manage and review reconciliations, payroll, payments, and financial reporting.
- Drive automation and process improvements across finance and reporting.
- Strengthen financial controls and support audit, tax, and compliance requirements.




- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-saving areas.
- Support long-term financial planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Preferably 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong finance business partnering skills.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with automation or BI tools is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Awareness on direct & indirect tax compliances, PF, ESI and other local compliances.
- Ability to manage teams and ability to coordinate with other departments for timely completion of deliverables.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow into a future CFO-level role.
