We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our Accounts & Finance function in a growing real estate organization.
The role will involve managing the Accounts & Finance team, project-wise financials, cash flow, compliance, MIS and overall financial controls. The person should be hands-on, responsible and capable of working directly with senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role alignment, you will be involved in:
1. Accounts & Finance
- Managing the complete Accounts & Finance function
- Review of accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts
- Monitoring project-wise expenses, costing and profitability
- Managing receivables, payables and vendor payments
2. Finance & Cash Flow
- Preparing and monitoring cash-flow statements and financial forecasts
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses
- Managing fund flow and working capital
- Identifying financial risks and reporting them to management
3. Statutory & Compliance
- Ensuring timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances
- Coordinating with auditors and consultants
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records
4. MIS & Reporting
- Preparing monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash-flow reports
- Preparing budget vs. actual reports and variance analysis
- Providing financial information and recommendations to the Managing Director
5. Team Management
- Managing, guiding and supervising the Accounts & Finance team
- Assigning responsibilities and monitoring team performance
- Ensuring accuracy, timely completion and proper financial controls
- What Were Looking For:
- 812 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
- Experience in managing an Accounts & Finance team
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST and TDS
- Good understanding of cash flow, budgeting and project costing
- Experience in MIS, audits and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP/ Tally and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
