Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the finance and accounting department.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including:
- General ledger and journal entries
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll accounting
- Fixed assets and inventory accounting
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate tax filings, audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
- Develop and maintain effective financial controls and risk-management procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor costs, profitability, expenses, and financial efficiency.
- Support business planning, investment decisions, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely MIS and management reporting.
- Review contracts, commercial transactions, and financial commitments.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
- Implement and improve accounting systems, ERP processes, and finance automation.
- Mentor, supervise,



and evaluate the finance and accounts team.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience, including managerial or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit procedures.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
