About the Role

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Head to lead and execute offline marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive admissions across Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies for Calicut and surrounding areas.
- Lead and manage the field marketing team.
- Plan school, college, campus, community, and local promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions, communities, and local organizations.
- Drive lead generation through events, campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily and monthly field marketing performance.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and high-potential locations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Admissions, Digital Marketing, and Branch teams.
- Track campaign ROI, lead quality, conversions, and acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular reports and present performance updates to management.
- Manage vendors, promotional materials, events, and field marketing budgets.




- Ensure strong brand visibility and consistent execution of Catalyst Education campaigns.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Marketing / Sales / EdTech / Education / FMCG / Retail / related industries.
- Prior experience managing a field marketing team is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech or education-sector marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong track record of achieving lead-generation and business targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
