Job Responsibilities

Open market sourcing: Run daily local marketing activities, cold calls, and BTL campaigns to find new clients.

Lead conversion: Follow up on assigned digital or branch leads to log loan applications.

Daily client meetings: Meet prospective customers in person, pitch gold loan schemes, and explain interest rates or renewal terms.

Customer onboarding: Coordinate with the local branch team to process loan files smoothly and collect required KYC documents.

Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR)

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 0 to 0.6 years of field sales experience, preferably in banks, NBFCs, or financial services.

Mobility: A two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are strictly required for daily field travel.

Skills: Strong local communication, negotiation, and target-driven execution.
