Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce to expand our local market presence, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with local stores, vendors, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
- Identify and onboard new stores, vendors, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business partners.
- Explain company products, services, and partnership benefits to potential partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and execution.
- Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.
- Maintain records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




- Report market feedback and new business opportunities to the management.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, BDE, Business Development, Marketing, Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or similar roles.

- Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build relationships with local businesses.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Delivery Operations, or Local Market Development will be preferred.
