Role & responsibilities

- Review policy documents, medical records, police reports, and accident scene details to verify legitimacy.

- Question claimants, witnesses, doctors, and other relevant persons to secure statements.

- Identify inconsistencies, monitor public social media, or use surveillance when illegal or staged activity is suspected.

- Summarize findings clearly with recommendations to approve, reduce, or deny the claim.

- Work alongside claims adjusters, legal counsel, and law enforcement if litigation is required.

Preferred candidate profile

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Robust critical thinking to spot data anomalies and assess liability.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive interviews and precise written reporting.

- Familiarity with insurance regulations, policies, and local legal frameworks.

- Travelling is must and preferably male.
