We are looking for a Field Executive Billing & Collection to manage invoice delivery, payment follow-ups, cheque/document collection, and coordination with clients and developer offices.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up hard-copy invoices from the main office and submit them to developer offices.

Deliver invoices/bills to client properties and corporate offices.

Visit project sites to collect payment cheques and other required documents.

Conduct regular site visits for invoice and payment follow-ups.

Deposit collected cheques at the companys designated bank.

Maintain proper records of invoices, collections, and submitted documents.

Coordinate professionally with clients, developers, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field collection, billing, documentation, or a similar role.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own/reliable two-wheeler are mandatory.

Good knowledge of Pune routes and traffic patterns.





Comfortable travelling across client/project locations.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and tracking applications.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Polite, qualified, and responsible approach while dealing with clients.
