About the Role

Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Fast-Track Service Technicians to provide quick and reliable water purifier installation, servicing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to customers living in apartments, flats, and residential communities.

Technicians will be assigned a specific service area and will primarily attend service calls within nearby apartments and residential communities. This area-based model ensures short-distance travel, faster service response, and better customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend water purifier service requests within the assigned service area.
- Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of Aquaneeta water purifiers.
- Visit customers promptly and provide professional service.
- Diagnose common purifier issues and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
- Explain basic product usage and maintenance to customers.
- Maintain proper service records and update job status after every service call.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator regarding completed and pending service calls.
- Maintain good relationships with apartment residents, associations, and customers.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution of service complaints.
- Properly maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment.

Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work within the assigned residential service area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
