Position: Experience Desk Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Role Overview

As an Experience Desk Executive, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, curating, and delivering personalized, premium experiences for HULP's discerning patrons. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role that blends creativity, hospitality sensibility, and operational rigor covering everything from milestone celebrations and bespoke events to luxury lifestyle and concierge requests, executed with precision and a strong network of premium vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and curate personalized experiences based on individual patron preferences, occasions, and lifestyle interests.
- Design unique celebrations, milestone occasions, surprise events, and bespoke experiences that go beyond conventional offerings.
- Manage multiple experiences simultaneously, from concept to execution, while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams, premium vendors, and service partners to ensure seamless, on-time execution.
- Handle tight timelines and last-minute requests with composure and solution-oriented thinking.




- Own budgeting and cost optimization for each experience, while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiate with vendors and continually expand a network of premium vendors and service partners.
- Prepare client-facing proposals, presentations, and documentation to a premium standard.
- Maintain vendor databases, experience calendars, and accurate records using CRM and collaboration tools.
- Track requests from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to service standards and response-time benchmarks.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with patrons through proactive communication and full ownership of their experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3–5 years of experience in concierge services, event management, hospitality, lifestyle management, or luxury customer service.
- Experience managing HNI/UHNI clientele will be highly preferred.
- A background in luxury hotels, guest relations, VIP services, or concierge operations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable working with CRM platforms.
