Role:

n Third Party Manufacturing Operations:

nManage end to end operations at third party pulses processing units.

nManufacturing/Production/Processing of pulses at TPU

nTo meet daily , weekly and monthly production volume requirement

nTo meet all production targets ensuring quality , on time delivery and optimization of resources.

nTo work on continuous process improvement and avoid rework.

nMonitor processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to achieve cost and efficiency targets.

nTrack processing costs, consumptions, and operational efficiencies

nIdentify and implement cost -saving and process improvement initiatives s

nn Quality Assurance:

nEnsure compliance with product quality specifications and food safety standards.

nMonitor incoming RM Quality , in process controls and Finished Goods Quality

nImplement corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.





nSupports and perform NPOP/ NOP / quality / Internal/ Stock audits and ensure compliance with the quality management system

nn SAP operations:

nPerform SAP transactions related to production, inventory management, stock reconciliation , GRN, subcontracting and dispatch activities.

nMaintain accurate production and inventory records in SAP.

nSafety , EHS and compliance :

nDrive implementation of workplace , Health and safety standards at third party facilities.

nConduct safety inspections, risk assessment, and safety training program.

nMonitor waste Management , housekeeping .

nn Education: Graduate in Food Technology.

nn Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years required.

nnPrevious experience in pulses processing is preferable but not mandatory
