Role: /n Third Party Manufacturing Operations: /n Manage end to end operations at third party pulses processing units. /n Manufacturing/Production/Processing of pulses at TPU /n To meet daily , weekly and monthly production volume requirement /n To meet all production targets ensuring quality , on time delivery and optimization of resources. /n To work on continuous process improvement and avoid rework. /n Monitor processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to achieve cost and efficiency targets. /n Track processing costs, consumptions, and operational efficiencies /n Identify and implement cost -saving and process improvement initiatives s /n Quality Assurance: /n Ensure compliance with product quality specifications and food safety standards. /n Monitor incoming RM Quality , in process controls and Finished Goods Quality /n Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.



/n Supports and perform NPOP/ NOP / quality / Internal/ Stock audits and ensure compliance with the quality management system /n SAP operations: /n Perform SAP transactions related to production, inventory management, stock reconciliation , GRN, subcontracting and dispatch activities. /n Maintain accurate production and inventory records in SAP. /n Safety , EHS and compliance : /n Drive implementation of workplace , Health and safety standards at third party facilities. /n Conduct safety inspections, risk assessment, and safety training program. /n Monitor waste Management , housekeeping . /n Education: Graduate in Food Technology. /n Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years required. /n Previous experience in pulses processing is preferable but not mandatory /n Location: Udgir, Maharashtra, India
