About The Role We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting processes and good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for finance-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor expenses and support budget/expense tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting & Finance fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Education
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, engineering, procurement, or supply-chain organizations would be preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced/start-up environment will be an added advantage.
