Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. In this entry-level role, you will support daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle bookkeeping entries, and assist with basic taxation and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day accounting vouchers, journal entries, purchase orders, and sales invoices in the accounting software.
- Reconciliation: Assist in performing routine bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and vendor/client ledger reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process bills, prepare payment vouchers, issue invoices to clients, and track outstanding payments.
- Statutory Compliance Support: Help prepare basic documents and data for GST return filings, TDS deductions, and other regulatory submissions.
- Financial Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clean digital and physical financial records,



filing documentation securely for easy retrieval during audits.
- Audit Support: Provide administrative and data support to senior accountants and external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance (BBA/BFA, BBM), or a related accounting background.
- Accounting Software: Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, or basic ERP systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Word.
- Accounting Knowledge: Clear understanding of core double-entry accounting principles, debit/credit rules, and basic taxation concepts (GST, TDS).
- Soft Skills: Positive numerical accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and solid verbal/written communication skills.
