About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst with strong hands-on experience in company analysis, financial modeling, valuation and investment research. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing financial statements, developing financial forecasts, conducting industry research and preparing detailed investment research reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental research and analysis of publicly listed companies.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and company forecasts.
- Analyze financial statements, operating metrics and business performance.
- Perform DCF, Comparable Company and other valuation analyses.
- Conduct industry, sector and competitor research.
- Track company earnings, corporate announcements and key business developments.
- Analyze quarterly and annual financial results and identify key performance drivers.
- Participate in earnings call analysis and management commentary review.
- Develop and maintain investment theses based on fundamental research.
- Prepare detailed equity research reports, company profiles and investment notes.
- Monitor valuation multiples, financial ratios and market trends.
- Identify key risks, opportunities and catalysts affecting companies and sectors.
- Support senior analysts and investment research teams with timely analysis.
- Maintain accurate research databases and financial models.




- Present research findings and investment insights to internal stakeholders.

Key Software Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, PitchBook, LSEG Workspace; experience with other financial research and market-data platforms will also be considered.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CFA, MBA Finance, CA or candidates pursuing CFA/CA preferred.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, Financial Analysis or Capital Markets.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and company valuation.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental analysis.
- Experience analyzing publicly listed companies and financial markets is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and market information and communicate insights clearly.
