Position Overview

1. Designation: Equity Research Analyst - Wealth Management

2. Department: Wealth Desk & Investment Research

3. Experience: 2–5 Years

4. Location: Chennai

5. Interview Mode: L1 - Virtual | L2 - Face-to-Face

6. Work Model: Work from Office

7. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1st Saturday off)

8. Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

We are looking for a market-driven Equity Research Analyst who can combine deep stock research with client-focused wealth management. The role involves generating investment ideas, analysing markets, monitoring portfolios, and engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Investment Analysis

- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of stocks, sectors, and market trends.
- Identify and develop investment ideas and stock recommendations based on risk-reward parameters.
- Analyse financial statements, valuations, company performance, and industry developments.
- Prepare research reports, stock notes, market updates, and investment presentations.

Wealth Management & Client Engagement





- Monitor client portfolios and provide research-backed investment insights.
- Understand client investment objectives and support portfolio reviews and rebalancing.
- Communicate market views and investment ideas clearly to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention and portfolio growth.

Business & Market Growth

- Identify opportunities for client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
- Closely track Indian and global markets, corporate announcements, economic developments, and market-moving events.
- Support client meetings, webinars, investor awareness initiatives, and Wealth Desk activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Stock Market, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Equity Markets.
- Excellent Fundamental & Technical Analysis skills.
- Good understanding of Financial Statements, Valuation & Financial Modelling.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to explain complex market concepts in a simple and professional manner.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms.
