- The clientcurrently seeks a “Enterprise Architecture Advisor” to join our team in “Noida” and “Bangalore”Technical Experience:
- Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
- Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certificationsITIL foundation certificationProject Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOpsExperience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, RemedyPossesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint





Roles & Responsibilities

- Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
- Experience in implementing and driving automation initiativesCreate intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders

- Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the workplace
- Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needsCreate Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship managementProvide cross functional support

- Act as a liaison between vendor and client
- Key Expertise: Exhibits passion and alignment with our vision, values & operating principles
- Strong Communication & Presentation skillsVendor ManagementStakeholder management
