Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong Engineering Delivery Lead with a solid software engineering background to take ownership of engineering delivery, team coordination, backlog execution, and stakeholder alignment. You will work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate priorities into executable plans and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day engineering delivery for a team of approximately 10–15 engineers.
- Act as a proxy Product Owner and manage/refine the engineering backlog.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and capacity planning.
- Track delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, blockers, defects, and technical debt.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and leadership.




- Mentor engineers and support workload planning, goal alignment, and team effectiveness.
- Participate in technical discussions and challenge estimates, assumptions, and delivery risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, automation, and delivery productivity.

Must-Have Skills:

- 7+ years of overall software engineering experience with hands-on development exposure.
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum and software delivery practices.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, CI/CD, testing, cloud environments, and SDLC.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS or GCP.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience with SaaS, cloud-native, enterprise software, AI, or platform engineering.
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience working with distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
