We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced engagement manager to develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the Aquera Identity Integration Platform as a Service. The ideal candidate brings project manager experience handling implementation and support across multiple customers preferably with a background in identity management, IT security and/or HR platform modernization.

The Engagement Manager will primarily have responsibility to support end customers new and existing and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams at Aquera. They will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a high-growth environment. This position reports to the Head of Professional Services at Aquera and works hand-in-hand with sales and digital marketing leaders to drive compelling and customer-focused implementation and support strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive multiple implementations for customers. Single point responsibility to ensure the success of the projects.
- Ensure projects implement defined organization standards and processes to ensure risk free delivery
- Capture and share client feedback with the team to understand their needs and pain points
- Work with organization partners/resellers to effectively manage client onboarding, Implementation and support activities.




- Create and deliver relevant and impactful communications for diverse audiences (executives, customers, staff across functions)
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with technical consultants as needed
- Collaborate with other functional leads to define process, operating procedures and metrics to support customer engagements
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to contribute on new pursuits for existing customers to deepen the engagement with them
- Communicate product enhancements and drive upsell opportunities with the customers
- Dynamically manage day to day activities with minimum supervision

Requirements:

- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS project management or IT modernization solutions in a customer facing role
- Domain expertise in identity management, IT security and/or HR platform
- Experience in working with customers in varied time zones
- Ability to prioritize high-impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward
- Experience successfully leading, influencing and collaborating with different functions within the organization
- Positive documentation skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Poised under pressure and a sense of humor
- PMP / CSM certification is nice to have
- Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional equivalent
