Better Ledger Inc. is a growing US-focused accounting and professional services company serving businesses across the United States. We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to join our team and manage email marketing campaigns focused on generating and nurturing US-based business leads .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for the US market.
- Build, manage, segment, and maintain B2B email databases.
- Research and identify relevant US prospects and decision-makers.
- Create engaging, professional, and conversion-focused email campaigns.
- Write compelling subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and follow-up sequences.
- Manage email outreach and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, replies, bounce rates, and conversions.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign strategies.
- Maintain email deliverability and database hygiene.
- Identify opportunities to improve response and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to ensure qualified leads are properly followed up.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Email Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, Cold Email Outreach, or a similar role.
- Experience working with US-based leads and businesses .
- Strong understanding of email marketing and lead-generation strategies.




- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing/outreach platforms such as Mailchimp, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools .
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work US-aligned night shifts .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cold email campaigns and outbound B2B sales.
- Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms .
- Knowledge of lead scraping, enrichment, segmentation, and verification.
- Experience targeting US companies, business owners, CPAs, law firms, or professional service firms.
- Basic understanding of automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com .
