Electrical Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing electrical engineering teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-value projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Planning, coordinating, and managing electrical engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Reviewing and approving electrical system designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Ensuring adherence to safety codes, local regulations, and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Preparing and monitoring detailed project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocations.




- Managing project budgets, performing cost estimation, and ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans to mitigate project delays or failures.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Overseeing the commissioning, testing, and final handover of electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Compiling reports, documentation, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution; Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 4-8 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Robust knowledge of electrical system design, project execution, and industry codes
- Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
