Offered Salary - up to 40k pm

We are looking for a Site Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in residential projects and commercial shops, who can independently manage electrical works from drawings and load planning to execution, inspection, reporting and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Study and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs and BOQs.
- Prepare and review load schedules, load calculations and power distribution plans.
- Plan electrical distribution including DBs, panels, feeders and cable sizing.
- Execute cable containment and routing, including cable trays, trunking, ducts and conduits.
- Plan and execute underground conduits and ensure proper routing.
- Ensure electrical conduits, sleeves and service openings are properly integrated into RCC slabs, walls and other civil elements.
- Coordinate with the civil team for electrical provisions before concreting, plastering and finishing works.
- Manage and coordinate variations between electrical and civil layouts as per project requirements, approved drawings and site conditions.
- Supervise internal electrification, lighting, power points, earthing, DG and other electrical installations.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and installations comply with applicable standards, statutory requirements, approved drawings, project specifications and internal regulations.
- Identify deviations and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Supervise electrical contractors, vendors and site manpower.
- Monitor quality, safety, material consumption and project timelines.
- Conduct testing,



commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Verify measurements, BOQs, material requirements and contractor bills.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly electrical progress reports.
- Maintain load schedules, inspection reports, material records, site measurements and execution documentation.
- Track planned vs. actual progress and report delays, technical issues and corrective actions to management.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams for technical clarifications and timely execution.
- Ensure proper electrical documentation for project completion and handover.

REQUIREMENTS

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of relevant electrical site execution experience.
- Experience in residential buildings and commercial shops/showrooms.
- Robust knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts and load schedules.
- Hands-on experience with cable trays, trunking, conduits and underground conduit systems.
- Experience coordinating electrical services integrated into RCC slabs and walls.
- Knowledge of load calculation, power distribution, DBs, panels, feeders and cable sizing.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, safety requirements and quality practices.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong skills in site inspection, reporting, documentation and project tracking.
- Good coordination, problem-solving and execution skills.
