Hiring: Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer for our plant at Bhusawal, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, field instruments, utility maintenance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance team.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and resolve electrical/instrumentation-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain field instruments, including:
- Flow Transmitters
- Level Transmitters
- Pressure Transmitters
- Temperature Transmitters
- DP Transmitters
- Control Valves
- Handle installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VFDs for various industrial applications.
- Experience with VFD applications such as cranes, hoists, speed control systems, and other variable-speed equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot PID/Load Cell Indicators & Controllers and ON/OFF Controllers.
- Handle maintenance of plant utilities, including:
- DG Sets
- Compressors
- Blowers
- Vacuum Pumps
- Read and interpret Power, Control, SLD (Single Line Diagram),



and P&ID; drawings.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and smooth plant operations.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of electrical and instrumentation spares as per company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for daily operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, field instruments, control systems, and utility equipment.
- Good team leadership and coordination skills.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle breakdown situations.

Industry Preference Candidates with experience in manufacturing, process industries, AAC blocks, cement, or similar industrial plants will be preferred.
