Role Description The Educator Content Creator is a full-time remote role responsible for developing high-quality educational content aligned with PPStack’s digital learning and career development offerings. This role involves designing and writing course materials, lesson plans, slide decks, scripts, and assessments for topics such as AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, Cloud, Data Science, and related digital skills.

The Educator Content

Creator will adapt complex concepts into clear, engaging formats for diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and corporate learners. Day-to-day activities include researching industry trends, collaborating with subject matter experts, structuring curricula for e-learning platforms and bootcamps, and updating content based on learner feedback and performance data. The role may also support webinars,



workshops, and knowledge summits by preparing teaching resources and digital content assets.

Qualifications

- Strong educational content development skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment creation for technical and career-focused topics.
- Ability to translate complex subjects (e.g., AI, data, programming, cloud technologies) into clear, structured learning materials for different levels of learners.
- Proficiency in digital content creation for online learning (e-learning modules, video scripts, slides, workbooks, and supporting resources).
- Experience working with learning platforms or LMS tools and familiarity with modern instructional design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity, structure, and learner engagement.
- Capability to conduct thorough research on emerging technologies, education trends, and industry practices to keep content current.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple content projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or EdTech content creation is highly beneficial.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams such as trainers, designers, marketers, and product specialists.
