Sr. Manager – Sales & Growth

About the role: Build the commercial engine of a new AI & EdTech vertical

Key Responsibilities

 Own revenue growth and customer acquisition across B2C and B2B segments.

 Develop GTM, pricing and conversion strategies and optimize the complete funnel from lead generation to retention.

 Identify and close opportunities with individuals, colleges, companies, professional communities and relevant partners.

 Work closely with Marketing, Curriculum, Trainers and Operations to refine positioning,

pricing and customer experience.

 Recruit, train and manage the sales team as the business scales.





 Track leads, conversion, CAC, revenue, retention and sales productivity.

What We're Looking For

 3+ years in Sales, Business Development or Growth; EdTech, AI, SaaS, upskilling or digital products preferred.

 Strong B2C and/or B2B funnel and revenue ownership experience.

 Proven track record of achieving targets and building teams.

 Experience with BE10X, OutSkills or similar AI/EdTech/upskilling companies will be preferred.

 Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort building in an early-stage setting.

Compensation: Competitive compensation with a lucrative hike over current CTC, based on experience and fit, with a performance-linked growth opportunity.
