Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and optimizing The Art Box’s online sales channels. In this role, the specialist will oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across ecommerce platforms, ensuring clear descriptions, appealing visuals, and consistent branding. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance, tracking key metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and recommending improvements to drive conversion and revenue.





The specialist will coordinate with operations and customer support to ensure timely fulfillment, handle order-related queries, and maintain a positive online shopping experience. This role also involves executing promotional campaigns, supporting online merchandising strategies, and staying current with ecommerce trends and best practices.

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online storefronts, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
