Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily and periodic operations across multiple online marketplaces. The role involves inventory monitoring, order fulfillment coordination, marketplace backend handling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

This is a Work From Office position only

Daily Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage inventory across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for accurate picking, packing, and timely order fulfilment.
- Create and manage shipments on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams, transporters, and marketplace warehouses for smooth deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and bulk order requests within defined SLAs.
- Manage backend operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other dashboards.
- Create, update,



and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes).
- Resolve listing-level and account-level issues by raising cases with marketplace support teams.
- Track order status, delivery performance, and returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal coordination for daily operations.

Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities

- Coordinate with transporters and warehouses to resolve delivery delays and shipment discrepancies.
- Review bulk order inquiries and coordinate pricing, stock availability, and dispatch planning.
- Share weekly operational status reports with seniors.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with accounts team for settlements, deductions, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SOPs.
- Support onboarding of new products, listings, or marketplaces.
- Prepare monthly operational performance reports.
