Role Description The Operations Lead is a full-time, role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.

The Operations

Lead will streamline processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of DIY art kits and other products to customers. The role includes collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and customer experience teams to align operations with brand goals and quality standards.

Lead will also identify opportunities for operational improvement, implement best practices, and support the scaling of innovative, hands-on creative experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance tracking.
- Experience with supply chain and logistics coordination, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and customer-focused teams to support business objectives.
- Comfort with data analysis and use of basic tools for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear and qualified communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Noida, with flexibility for changing operational needs.
