Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi, responsible for managing and optimizing Teen Teen Cosmetics’ online sales channels. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate content and pricing, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with internal teams for timely order fulfillment. The role involves analyzing sales performance, tracking customer behavior, and using data insights to improve conversion rates and overall online revenue.

Specialist will also handle customer queries related to online purchases,



collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns, and ensure a consistent, positive brand experience across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for internal collaboration and external customer interactions.
- Relevant skills and qualifications such as experience with ecommerce marketplaces and platforms, basic knowledge of digital marketing, proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, and prior work in beauty, skincare, or retail will be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in North Delhi and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
