About Company
It is an established importer, exporter, and distributor of specialty chemicals serving the powder coating, protective coatings, paints, and resin industries. Established in 2015, the company works with reputed Indian and international manufacturers and operates across import, distribution, stock and sale, C&F;, and export businesses. It also owns and manages a manufacturing company - a manufacturer of saturated polyester resins for powder coating paints.
Role :
1. High multitasker
2. Email inbox management
3. Tracking of export inquiries
4. Scheduling of meeting
5. Keeping my daily and weekly schedules
6. Follow-up with suppliers/customers regarding discussions
7. Travel bookings and management
8. Delegating work to team members
9. Tracking tasks given to team members
Requirement
1. Any graduate preferably BBA
2. 4-5 years’ experience as EA preferably in a trading company.
3. MS Office skills should be valuable
4. Excellent in verbal & written communication
5. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
