Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales and product listings across multiple marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving traffic, improving conversion rates, managing online inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management: Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Website Operations: Maintain the e-commerce website (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)—including catalog updates, pricing, content, and banners.

Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, update SKUs, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Campaign Execution: Support digital campaigns (sales, offers, promotions) across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs like traffic, conversions, bounce rate, and cart abandonment. Prepare regular performance reports.

Customer Support Coordination: Address escalations and work with support teams to ensure timely resolutions.

SEO & Content Optimization:



Optimize product descriptions, titles, and metadata for better visibility.

Coordination: Liaise with marketing, design, and external vendors for smooth execution of plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.

Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and any e-commerce CMS.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Unicommerce, etc.

Understanding of performance marketing and PPC campaigns.

Knowledge of basic image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
