E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive Company: Pearl – A Product of Hare Krishna Textile Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: Starting from Rs. 20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role Pearl is a growing fashion and textile business looking for a smart, responsible, and result-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The right candidate will be responsible for managing our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and contributing directly to online sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage online stores across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces. Create and manage product listings, catalogs, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory. Handle orders, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.

Monitor sales, product performance, and marketplace visibility. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and order fulfillment. Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports. Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities. Suggest new ideas and strategies to increase online sales and business growth. Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of marketplace issues.

What We Are Looking For 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management preferred. Practical experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.



Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Qualified, polite, and soft-spoken personality. Good organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
