Vayuratha Private Limited is looking for a Drone Pilot & Training Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in drone operations, remote pilot training, simulator flying, practical drone flying, and drone workshops.

This internship provides an opportunity to work in a professional drone training environment and gain practical exposure to DGCA-aligned remote pilot training activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesGround / Classroom Training

- Assist trainers in conducting theory classes based on the DGCA Remote Pilot Training syllabus.
- Support preparation of presentations, notes, training materials, and classroom activities.
- Assist students with basic technical and theoretical concepts related to drone operations.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Assist with student attendance and training records.

Simulator Flying
- Assist in conducting drone simulator training sessions.
- Guide students during basic simulator flying exercises under trainer supervision.
- Monitor student performance and provide basic operational guidance.
- Gain practical experience in flight simulation and mission planning.

Practical Drone Flying
- Assist trainers during practical drone flying sessions.
- Support pre-flight and post-flight activities.
- Help students understand basic flight operations under supervision.
- Assist with drone setup, safety checks, battery checks, and equipment preparation.
- Participate in practical flying activities based on weather and field feasibility.

Drone Workshops & Demonstrations
- Assist in conducting drone awareness workshops, seminars, and demonstrations.
- Support hands-on demonstrations for students and institutions.




- Assist with drone setup, transportation, equipment preparation, and event activities.
- Participate in demonstrations of drone applications and technologies.

Training & Student Support
- Assist trainers in conducting student assessments, assignments, and evaluations.
- Collect student feedback and support improvement of the training experience.
- Help update presentations, notes, practical exercises, and other training materials.
- Identify common student difficulties and communicate them to the training team.
- Prepare basic monthly training activity reports.

Performance Expectations / KPIs
- Assist in 100% of assigned classroom training sessions.
- Assist in 100% of scheduled simulator training sessions.




- Participate in practical flying sessions based on field feasibility.
- Support weekly student assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate attendance and training records.
- Contribute to a positive classroom and training environment.
- Contribute to at least 2 training material improvements per month.
- Assist with a minimum of 4 workshops/demonstrations per month, depending on the training schedule.
- Submit assigned training/activity reports on time.

Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates from Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in drones, UAVs, aviation, robotics, or emerging technologies are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of drone technology is an advantage.
- Prior drone flying experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in both classroom and field activities.
