Qualification: Diploma/Degree/Certification in Drone Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Drone Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on drone technology, operations, safety, maintenance, and applications. The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and hands-on drone training for students/trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training on drone technology and operations.
- Train candidates on drone assembly, components, controls, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on training in drone flying and flight operations.
- Explain drone safety protocols, pre-flight and post-flight checks.
- Train participants on drone maintenance and basic repairs.
- Demonstrate drone applications in agriculture, surveying, mapping, inspection, photography, and other relevant sectors.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and skill evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Ensure safe handling and operation of drones during practical sessions.




- Stay updated with developments in drone technology and applicable DGCA rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with the project/operations team to ensure smooth delivery of training.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of drone hardware, software, and flight operations.
- Practical experience in operating and flying drones.
- Knowledge of drone assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and training/presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and manage trainees.
- Basic knowledge of GPS, sensors, controllers, batteries, and drone navigation.
- Ability to work in field locations and conduct outdoor practical sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid drone pilot certification/licence as applicable.
- Experience as a Drone Pilot, UAV Technician, Drone Instructor, or Drone Trainer.
- Experience in vocational training, skill development, or government/CSR projects will be an advantage.
