- Prepare preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance manuals for industrial equipment and systems. - Develop Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) manuals based on engineering drawings, specifications, and supplier documents. - Prepare equipment maintenance schedules, lubrication charts, inspection checklists, and troubleshooting guides. - Create exploded views, assembly/disassembly procedures, and spare parts lists. - Collect technical information from design, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams. - Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical documents and maintenance recommendations. - Ensure manuals comply with customer specifications and company documentation standards. - Revise and update manuals based on engineering changes and customer feedback. - Prepare document indexes, revision histories, and document control records. - Support customer documentation during project handover.
