North Willow Consulting is hiring a Doctor Relationship Manager for one of its prestigious clients in the Healthcare & Diagnostics sector in Kolkata.

We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven healthcare professional who understands the doctor referral ecosystem and can independently build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals.

​Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, existing network and suitability

Performance Incentives: Ap​plicable

Two-Wheeler: Mandatory

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals
- Regularly visit doctors and clinics across the assigned territory
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral networks for diagnostic services
- Identify and connect with new potential referral partners
- Maintain regular engagement and follow-ups with existing doctor/clinic networks
- Understand requirements and effectively communicate relevant diagnostic services
- Generate business through sustained relationship development and referrals




- Independently manage the assigned territory and maintain activity reports
- Work towards defined monthly referral/business targets
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth experience for referral partners

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
- Candidates with relevant experience in Diagnostics / Pathology / Hospitals / Healthcare / Medical Marketing / Doctor Relationship Management
- Candidates with an existing network of doctors and clinics will be strongly preferred
- Proven exposure to doctor engagement and referral/business generation
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Robust understanding of the Kolkata healthcare market
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with extensive field movement
- Candidates should be capable of contributing to business generation from the first month
