Hiring: Dispatch Executive

Company: Leading B2B Chocolate Manufacturing Company

Location: Varadaiahpalem, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh 517541

CTC: 25K to 35K

Experience: 2–8+ Years

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Note: Please note that this position involves rotational/alternate shifts:

A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts before applying.

Logistics and warehouse executive

Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods

Maintain and update inventory records and stock levels

Daily check and update SIV quantities in system

Daily Check FSTN quantities and acknowledge the same

Manage documentation like GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and dispatch documents.





Ensure all SOP related documentation on desired frequency

Manpower handling and planning as per the day inbound and outbound requirements

Review and ensure all desired documents and submit to outbound vehicles movement

Coordinate with production and QA for FSTN,SIV,PCN and CoA timely submission

Coordinate with sales and planner for dispatch planning

Ensure safety and quality compliance during day-to-day operations

Periodic physical stock verification to be performed.

Daily and monthly stock and MIS reports to be prepared and submitted

Review and update Non-moving and expiry stocks on monthly basis to take necessary action by the management.
