Role Summary

Responsible for managing and conducting design quality checks to ensure designs are technically feasible,

functionally eective, modular-standard compliant, and execution-ready. The role will coordinate closely with Designers, Project Managers, Draughtsmen, and 2D Experts and ensure quotations are accurately aligned with approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Quality & Feasibility Ensure the design quality-check process is followed across assigned projects.

Validate designs based on site feasibility, functionality, and execution requirements.

Ensure designs comply with modular standards and are practically feasible.

Review technical details, space planning, materials, nishes, hardware, and construction methods.

2. Team Coordination & Design Corrections Work closely with Designers, Draughtsmen, Project Managers, and 2D Experts.

Identify design discrepancies and raise transparent quality observations.

Coordinate with designers to ensure timely resolution of design issues.

Guide the team in maintaining consistent design quality and technical standards.

3. Quotation & Design Validation Review quotations against approved designs to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Identify discrepancies between approved designs, drawings, and quotations.

Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve quotation and design mismatches.

Quality Standards & Process Improvement Maintain design quality standards across projects.

Contribute to improving design-check processes, standards, and workows.

Ensure assigned projects meet quality requirements within agreed timelines.

Promote continuous improvement and maintain a structured, process-oriented approach.

2. Project & Team Management Manage multiple projects and prioritize quality checks based on project deadlines.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion of quality checks.

Support team members in resolving technical and design-related challenges.

Maintain eective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

57 years of experience in luxury interior project execution and design quality checking.

Strong knowledge of materials, nishes, modular furniture, hardware, and construction methods.

Strong understanding of space planning and technical detailing.

Excellent observation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong communication, coordination, and team-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

High level of ownership and commitment to quality.

Knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, hardware, and mechanisms.
