nn About the Role

nnWe’re looking for a senior operator to own the financial, operational, and corporate infrastructure across our portfolio of international consumer businesses.

nYou’ll work directly with the founders across finance, operations, corporate structuring, compliance, IP, and commercial strategy . This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate strategically while diving into the details when required.

n Experience managing US legal entities and financial operations is mandatory.

nn What You’ll Do

- Lead finance across multiple international entities, including FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and controls.
n
- Oversee accounting, tax, audits, statutory filings, and external financial advisors.
n
- Build financial models and advise founders on profitability, capital allocation, and business strategy.
n
- Own operational infrastructure across the portfolio, including supply chain, CX, reporting, and recent department launches.
n
- Lead corporate structuring, entity setup, compliance, IP, trademarks, and relationships with external legal counsel.
n




- Manage commercial infrastructure including payment processors, marketplaces, strategic partners, and distributors.
n
- Build teams, systems, and processes that allow the portfolio to scale without operational breakdowns.

nn Who We’re Looking For

nn

n
- 6+ years of experience across Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Operations.
n
- Experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, COO, Head of Operations, or senior operator .
n
- Mandatory: Experience managing US entities.
n
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, financial reporting, FP&A;, treasury, and compliance.
n
- Experience in startups, venture studios, holding companies, D2C, consumer brands, or other high-growth businesses.
n
- Strong understanding of international entities, corporate structures, IP, and compliance.
n
- Proven ability to build teams, systems, and processes from scratch.
n
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
n
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
n

nn Nice to Have

nnExperience with Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, UAE, or European entities; M&A; or acquisitions; fundraising; investor reporting; international expansion; or ERP/accounting system implementation.

nn Leadership Track

nn Join as Director of Finance / Head of Finance , with a clearly defined path to becoming the company’s CFO as the business scales.
