Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the MBA programme, academic delivery and faculty performance.
- Ensure compliance with University / UGC / AICTE / Govt agencies and accreditation bodies like NBA / NAAC / ABET
- Drive industry interaction, internships, placements, research funding and student development.
- Lead curriculum development and implementation, examinations, quality initiatives and academic planning.
- Build robust relationships with industry, academia and professional bodies.




- Should have a passion for excellence in academics and strive to transform the Institution to global standards.

Qualification and Experience: As per AICTE norms

- Ph.D with first class Master's Degree in Management studies
- 15+ years of relevant academic experience, preferably in a senior leadership position
- Strong academic, research, leadership, communication and administrative skills.
- Prior experience as a Principal / Director of a reputed B School is desirable.

Compensation:

Salary as per AICTE Pay Scales / higher scales can be considered for the right candidate.
