nnWhat you’ll be responsible for?

nManage the Finance & Accounts function for Virohan:

nSet up and manage the finance function across general accounting, banking, taxation, compliances / audits, and MIS / reporting

nManage accounting operations at a corporate level including owning billing & collection at training campuses, Cost Accounting,

nRevenue Recognition and Cash Management

nTake ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the company

nLiaison with auditors and take ownership for audit & due diligence closures

nOwn month end and year end closing processes.

nEnsure development of effective taxation strategies and plans, implement and monitor their effectiveness to minimize the tax burden

nnBuild Systems and Processes for Scale

nHire, train, monitor & coach teams in the Finance Org to build a high performance culture

nBuild effective control systems in a rapidly evolving and highly dynamic start-up environment, without constraining the growth potential of the company

nCreate a framework for financial risk assessment, strengthen internal controls and assist in process improvement.

nAutomation & Product Development

nWork with product team to implement finance operations, reports and features.
