Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the digital marketing activities of the Rt. Digital Safety Band project.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building brand awareness, managing digital campaigns and supporting sales conversion through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for sales, institutional and vendor enquiries.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop digital strategies targeting women, students, parents, schools, colleges, corporates and other relevant audiences.
- Create and coordinate social media content in Tamil and English.
- Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Develop campaigns for product awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, CAC and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages and creatives.
- Work closely with the sales and telecalling teams to ensure proper lead follow-up.
- Create and manage landing pages for different campaigns and target segments.
- Coordinate with graphic designers
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Maintain accurate digital marketing reports and dashboards.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and remarketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to work with creative, sales and technical teams.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, consumer product or safety-related business will be an advantage.
