Luxury Aesthetics is looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing, lead generation and growth strategy.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness or premium healthcare industry who understands both the creative and technical sides of marketing.

This is not just a social media management role. We need someone who can independently analyse marketing performance, identify what is and isn’t working, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure that marketing efforts translate into qualified leads, appointments, conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for Luxury Aesthetics
- Manage and evaluate Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, website and digital campaigns
- Monitor the complete funnel from lead generation to appointment, conversion and repeat business
- Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality and overall marketing ROI
- Identify wasted marketing expenditure and take corrective action
- Manage and audit external marketing agencies, SEO teams, developers, freelancers and other vendors
- Plan campaigns for aesthetic treatments, devices, packages, launches and promotions
- Work closely with management, doctors, front desk and the sales/calling team
- Oversee CRM, lead follow-ups, remarketing and client database reactivation
- Monitor competitors, market trends and developments within the aesthetics industry
- Prepare transparent weekly and monthly performance reports

Experience Required

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, beauty, wellness, luxury or premium healthcare is strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating and converting qualified leads
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and marketing teams
- Experience with the Delhi/NCR premium consumer market is preferred

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced, proactive, analytical, commercially driven and hands-on. The ideal candidate should be able to join the business, analyse our existing marketing ecosystem, identify gaps and independently implement improvements.
