Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaithal. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to build brand visibility and drive engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and marketing analytics to improve results.

The specialist will collaborate with trainers and internal teams to align campaigns with training programs and organizational goals,



while maintaining consistent messaging and branding. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and tools, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain digital concepts to non-specialists.
- Experience with basic SEO principles, content marketing, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
