Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote Framite AI’s services and strengthen its online presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, running paid and organic campaigns, and monitoring performance across platforms. The specialist will use web and social analytics tools to track key metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns and messaging.





This role also involves collaborating with the creative and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with brand positioning, lead-generation goals, and client communication. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a combination of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing, including SEO/SEM concepts, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to interpret data, track performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external brand messaging.
- Relevant experience in tech, creative, or media environments; familiarity with AI, video production, or content creation is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, basic CRM tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
