About The Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing & Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, orchestrating social media strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be complemented by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and deliver superior results.

You will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines while innovating with AI-driven solutions to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or social media management. A robust understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and client communication is essential. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

The candidate should demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, proactivity, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of client communication, including understanding requirements, obtaining approvals, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop, plan,



and execute social media content calendars and campaigns tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Coordinate seamlessly with content creators, designers, video producers, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, competitor analysis, and reporting to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Implement AI-assisted image and video creation techniques to produce engaging visual content.
- Engage in prompt engineering and develop effective AI prompts to maximize tool outputs.
- Monitor social media channels and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI tools, digital marketing trends, and social media platform updates to ensure innovative strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
