Job Title: Digital Marketing Mentor

We are a creative and forward-thinking training institution dedicated to empowering students with in-demand skills for the digital age. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Mentor to guide, inspire, and upskill our learners in the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and train students on Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Provide hands-on training with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Guide students in practical projects and portfolio-building to meet industry requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and integrate them into teaching.
- Conduct interactive sessions, workshops,



and doubt-clearing sessions (online/offline as applicable).
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in Digital Marketing (Agency, In-house, or Freelance).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Web Analytics, and related domains.
- Experience in running real-time ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students with patience and practical insights.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) is an added advantage.
