We are looking for an experienced Commercial Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, customer engagement and omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification & Experience

- MBA / Post Graduation preferred.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing, Omnichannel Commerce, CRM or Loyalty Programs .
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Airports or Digital Commerce ecosystems preferred.
- Fintech / payments exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the omnichannel digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, social media, display, retargeting and other paid channels.
- Track and improve key metrics including CPA, CTR, conversions, engagement and ROI .
- Lead SEO/SEM, CRM and digital customer engagement initiatives.




- Build seamless customer journeys across web, app, physical touchpoints and partner channels .
- Drive loyalty and rewards programs , personalized offers and repeat customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing projects, roadmaps, timelines, budgets and delivery.
- Work closely with IT, Digital, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Procurement and external agencies .
- Manage performance marketing, social media and creative agencies.
- Prepare business cases, budget forecasts, performance reports and ROI reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve non-aero / commercial revenue through digital initiatives.
