Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing &
- Lead Generation

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant paid channels.

- Manage project-wise budgets, targeting, creatives and campaign strategy.

- Drive lead generation with focus on CPL, lead quality and site visits.

1. Campaign Optimization

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize audiences, creatives, budgets and lead forms.

- Run A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

1. Lead Quality &
- Funnel Analysis

- Track performance from leads to qualified leads, site visits and bookings.

- Work with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to understand lead quality and improve campaigns.

1. CRM &
- Tracking

- Ensure leads are captured correctly in the CRM with accurate source, campaign and UTM attribution.

- Coordinate on tracking, integrations and lead-flow issues.

1. Analytics &
- Reporting

- Track key metrics including spend, CPL, conversion rates and project-wise performance.
- Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with management.

1. Creative &
- Landing Page Coordination

- Coordinate with creative teams for ads,



videos, messaging and landing pages.

- Improve lead forms and landing-page conversion performance.

1. Vendor &
- Platform Coordination

- Coordinate with advertising platforms, portals and technology partners as required.

- Stay updated on platform changes and new performance marketing opportunities.

Skills &

- Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of lead-generation and conversion campaigns.

- Valuable knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Pixels, conversion tracking and UTM parameters.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data.

- Understanding of CRM and lead-management processes.

- Experience in real estate performance marketing will be preferred.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
