We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to drive Bhima Jewellery's digital presence, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and showroom footfall through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, customer engagement, and analytics, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and measuring digital campaigns while working closely with retail operations, creative, merchandising, and management teams to strengthen brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversions, and showroom footfall.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Lead SEO, SEM, Local SEO, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute festive, seasonal, promotional, and new showroom launch campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, ROI, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, customer retention, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, merchandising, retail, and management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Lead influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, brand partnerships, and digital activations.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
- Drive conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and continuous campaign improvements.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Manage multi-location retail marketing campaigns and online-to-offline customer journeys.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and industry best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing Leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Local SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media management and scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Experience in CRM marketing, customer loyalty, and customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical, reporting, data interpretation, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent leadership, team mentoring, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, project management, creative problem-solving, and execution abilities.
- Experience in Retail, Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury, or Lifestyle brand marketing is preferred.
- Experience driving showroom footfall through digital campaigns and managing online-to-offline customer journeys is highly desirable.
- Experience handling festive, seasonal, promotional, influencer, and multi-location retail campaigns.
- Knowledge of video marketing, YouTube advertising, short-form content, mobile app marketing, voice search optimization, AI-powered marketing, and predictive analytics is an added advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related digital marketing programs are preferred.
